There is a €3 charge for a GLUTEN FREE box and a €5 charge for a KETO box. American box cannot be made keto.

    Special Notes, Instructions & Information

    ​Payment: Payment is done either in cash upon delivery, BOV Mobile or HSBC bank transfer. In the case of large orders of over €80, a 25% deposit is required on confirmation. Full payment is required on confirmation for grazing boxes only. 

    ​Delivery: Delivery is FREE on orders over €25. Deliveries are usually made on Friday morning or Thursdays for the northern area - time depending on location. We'll be doing final Christmas deliveries on the 23rd of December, final NYE deliveries on the 30th December. Gozo deliveries are done once just before Christmas. We also have pick up points in Gharghur/Rabat. 

    Orders for deliveries close the previous WEDNESDAY at noon. Any orders submitted thereafter will be transferred to the following week. Pick up orders are open indefinitely. 

    Unless there is a production defect, items are non-refundable. All items subject to availability.

Storage: All NVKED sweet items (except cakes) need to be stored in the fridge for consumption within 10 days and in the freezer for consumption within 4 months. We suggest a maximum refrigeration period of 3 days for cakes, unless otherwise stated on the label.  Leftovers can be stored in the freezer for consumption within 3 months. All items except nut butters, chocolate bark, Christmas logs, Christmas cakes, Christmas pudding & keto macaroons are frozen before delivery and delivered frozen to maintain their proper form.
