For this challenge you will receive: - 1 bag NVKED granola (carob or cacao) - 28 mixed, nutritionally balanced, low calorie meals (lunch and dinner for each day, delivered ready cooked & frozen) - 14 assorted NVKED snacks varying from granola bars, mini cakes, bliss balls, chocolates & brownies. - 1 jar NVKED spice mix - 1 200ml jar of organic apple cider vinegar - 14 organic green tea bags
The plan for each day should look something like: - 25g granola for breakfast with 150ml unsweetened plant milk (or skimmed dairy milk) of choice (you can also add one extra fruit serving here if you wish) + 1 green tea with 10ml apple cider vinegar & 1/4 tsp NVKED spice mix - 1 fruit portion as a mid-morning snack - 1 NVKED meal for lunch - 1 NVKED snack as a mid-afternoon snack - 1 NVKED meal for dinner - 150ml warm milk (unsweetened/skimmed) with 1/4 tsp NVKED spice mix before bed
Everything needed is provided, you only need to add the fresh fruit & plant milks of choice!

PLEASE refrain from drinking any alcohol, sugary soda & fruit juices during this challenge - all these are very calorie dense & will impact your progress!
If you are eating out on any day of the challenge, kindly steer clear of heavy pasta dishes, fried foods & any salad dressings! Skip your lunch/dinner for the day and keep to consume at the end of your challenge!
