YOU WILL RECIEVE:

- 24 nutritionally balanced, low calorie meals (lunch and dinner for days 3-14, delivered ready cooked & frozen)
- 1 box NVKED chocolate trail mix (Pure Belgian chocolate, mixed dried fruit, seeds & nuts - to be taken as a snack)
- 1 NVKED nut butter (to be taken with 1 fruit as a snack)
THE DAILY PLAN IS:

Snack 1:
25g NVKED chocolate trail mix (Belgian chocolate, nuts & dried fruit).
Lunch:
1 pre-cooked NVKED meal.

1 15g tbsp NVKED nut butter with 1 fruit serving.
Dinner:
1 pre-cooked NVKED meal.
